The next monthly meeting is on Thursday, March 6 2008 at 6:00 pm we will conduct an information session for SEMPO AZ members on reputation monitoring. Members will walk away with a better understanding of:
- How to monitor what is being said about your brand and you online
- Best practices for getting involved in the conversation both negative and positive
- How to avoid negative results dominating the space
- Best practices for repairing damaged results
- How to take long term preventative action to avoid future problems
- Tools that are used to monitor and map social media-based conversations and nodes
The session will be held at The Lavidge Company located at 6263 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 190 in Scottsdale.
